What should I order at Fabel Fries?
Our specialty is fries with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and homemade truffle mayonnaise. The Parmigiano Reggiano we use comes directly from the Boselli cheese farm, owned by brothers Nullo and Marcello, in the Parma region of Italy. The cheese is made using traditional methods, with animal welfare being a top priority.

Yes, Fabel Fries offers a wide range of vegan sauces, and we fry our fries in plant-based oil, separate from our other products.
What type of potatoes does Fabel Fries use?
We use Agria potatoes, grown in the Netherlands, specifically developed for making fries. The season affects the flavor of the potatoes. By shielding them from light and maintaining the right temperatures, we keep the starch content consistent, resulting in a superior taste all year round.
