Sustainable chip frying

Our chips are always fried in 100% plant-based oil, a choice that is not only better for health, but also for the environment. Furthermore, we fry the chips in their skins, which reduces potato waste and results in an even more authentic flavour. This approach reduces potato waste by 10%.

Eco-friendly packaging

We only use eco-friendly packaging materials that are 100% recyclable. This is an important step in our pursuit of a more sustainable future, where we avoid as much waste as possible and contribute to a circular economy.

Oil recycling

Our used oil is recycled into biodiesel, which helps to further reduce the ecological footprint of our operations. This is a crucial part of our pursuit of a circular economy, where we reuse resources instead of discarding them.

Keeping the neighbourhood clean

Fabel Friet is also committed to its immediate surroundings. Since the opening of our shop in the Negen Straatjes, we have been actively keeping the neighbourhood clean. Every day, we pick up litter and empty the full bins in the nearby area in cooperation with the local council. We are proud of the contribution we make to a clean and green city.
